Yes, they are doing club booths. This sounds similar to Spring Carnival, where there are clubs selling something for a bit of profit. The only time we did something like this in the past, we did some raffle baskets, but that didn't sell immensely well. What we really need is a clever idea of something we can do, something we can sell to all the students and parents and other people wandering around, that will generate a little cash for the club. We do have a fundraising requirement, and it's possible to take a decent chunk out of that with this one day event.
So... ideas!
